Ladies’ 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th XI Coaches

Attractive Financial Package available for negotiation with the successful candidates.

Criteria:

• Level 1 IHA Coaching Qualification
• Hockey Coaching / Playing Experience
• Have relevant Safeguarding Courses up to date
• Available two evenings per week to deliver high quality, intensive training sessions
• Saturday match attendance (both Home and Away) is also required
• Selecting the team for league matches, in line with the Club Selection Policy
• Analyse performances and offer regular feedback to individuals and the squad

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and people management capabilities. Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with other club personnel, is essential.
