Well done to the coaches and players from our two teams at the Blitz on Sunday for braving the extremely cold conditions.

The Under 15 boys followed up their league win against Ballynahinch last weekend with an excellent performance on indoor finals day at the Antrim Forum.   In their group games they were beaten by Instonians 1-0, who went on to win the competition, and had a heavy defeat to Cookstown who were the other finalists….

On Tuesday evening our under 15 Girls Development Team played a league fixture against Ards. Thankfully the rain stopped and it turned out to be a nice evening compared to recent weather conditions. During the first ten minutes North Down had the greater share of the attack. Forwards Grace Harrison and Iris Mack attacked well…
