Fitness training at The Green is well underway on Mondays and Wednesdays.  7.00 pm for the girls, 7.30 pm for the boys.  A new bleep test record was set tonight by Sarah Moorcroft at 18.7 – the challenge for the men has been set. ALL welcome.

We had a presentation of mementos to our successful Masters World Cup players last Saturday at North Down Cricket Club.  Julie Fisher O50s winner and Allen Irwin and Stevie Magee O45s quarter finalists.  Thanks to Maxine Taylor and her small but perfectly formed team for all the arrangements and the food.  Well done all!!  …

White smoke has been spotted at Ulster Hockey.  The mens thirds Junior Three League Cup semi final with Ballymena will be at home on 27 January. All of the finals will be played at Stormont on 17 March.  

Adam Cunningham and Ben Johnston were members of the victorious Sullivan team yesterday at Lisnagarvey when they defeated Royal School Armagh 2-1 in the final of the Prior Shield.  Well done guys and thanks to Rosemary for the photo!
