Ulster Shield defeat for ladies

The ladies firsts are still looking for their first win of the season after losing out 2-0 at home to Ballymoney at Comber Leisure Centre on Saturday.

After holding the visitors to a scoreless first half the girls conceded two in the second.  However, on the bright side, in the home and away league fixtures last season there was a 12-0 aggregate score in favour of Ballymoney so coach Peter Whyte must be on the right track and hopefully this will be sorted by the time the league proper starts. His main worry has to be where are the goals going to come from as the team has only found the net once in four games.

All to play for girls!!
