It’s taken a while but – HEY HO!

Thanks to all who supported our big fundraising event last Friday, those who sponsored holes, races, bought horses, came along and played and bet hard earned cash on the races.  Also thanks to Karen and Tom who put many hours into arranging everything. Main prize winners in the golf were Men’s 1st – Michael Lawson….

Another enjoyable Easter Tournament last Saturday!  Thanks to the visiting teams from Armagh and Bangor who made the trip on a very cold day.  Winners were Blood, Sweat and Beers who defeated tournament favourites Linter Milan in a tight semi final before cruising to an easy final win.  The Plate winners were the Jimmy Wabbers….

The UHU Competitions Committee has announced that all games scheduled for 2 and 3 March have been postponed due to weather conditions.

White smoke has been spotted at Ulster Hockey.  The mens thirds Junior Three League Cup semi final with Ballymena will be at home on 27 January. All of the finals will be played at Stormont on 17 March.
