Training Resumes for Mens and Ladies Senior Squads

Tonight’s Premier League game against Bangor at the Aurora Centre has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

We have learnt with sadness of the death after a long illness of John McDonough who is most associated with Belfast Harlequins.  John was well known to all of the older members of our Club and even played for us briefly in the early 70s before moving on to Bangor.  We extend our deepest sympathies…
