There were 38 fallers at the second hurdle of Last Man Standing including the unfortunate Paul Adgey who neglected to make a selection and was allocated Arsenal who then lost at home! Another quiet dignified occasion!
It was great to be back at The Green for our Annual Table Quiz. Defending champions Adgey, Willis et al were unable to keep their title which was taken over by the triumvirate of Bond, McKee and Graham. There were no winners really, the only winner was ‘The Advancement of General Knowledge’!!
Men’s seconds game at Loughmoss is off due to snow, ladies fifths game at Comber LC off as Owls thirds have conceded. The pitch at Comber LC has been checked and is 100% OK for home games today. Ladies seconds and fourths both off as well.
