Fitness training at The Green is well underway on Mondays and Wednesdays. 7.00 pm for the girls, 7.30 pm for the boys. A new bleep test record was set tonight by Sarah Moorcroft at 18.7 – the challenge for the men has been set. ALL welcome.
Pitches home and away are frozen and most ladies’ and men’s games are OFF. The only game still ON at the moment is the mens 4ths V Antrim 3rds at Regent HS at 2.30 pm which is a Junior League 5 league cup semi final. All home support welcome!
It was no surprise that Sam Pyper was first in the Club off the mark on the first Saturday of the 24/25 season. Sam is the Club’s leading goal scorer and scored first in the thirds 3-2 home defeat to Portadown 2s in the League Cup. Great start Sam – keep it up!
Congratulations to Connie Magee and Alex Montgomery who have been named as our Burch Autos Players of the Month for November – well done both!
The first eleven have been drawn at home against Belfast Harlequins in the next round of the Irish Trophy to be played on 6 November.
The goal scoring feats of Jenna Hoey and Tom Myles during January were recognised with the January Players of the Month Awards presented by Johnny Burch. Well done both!!
