Chairman’s Christmas Message

Saturday saw the climax of the Last Man Standing competition when the last three survivors all fell having selected, unsurprisingly, either Watford or Leicester.  So Ben Bond, Jonny Green and Derek Kernohan have an extra £95 each to spend on Xmas presents.  Ross Linter presented the prize money, some of it in cyber space! There will be NO junior mens or ladies training this Wednesday as the ladies seconds have a league match at Comber LC.  

Whilst the ladies teams now have a Christmas break until a return to league action on 5 January there’s still lots going on in the men’s side of our Club. On Boxing Day the annual charity fixture between the Hockey and Cricket Clubs resulted in another win for the Cricket Club in a closely contested…

Congratulations to our Burch Autos Players of the Month for February- Caitlyn Adair from the league winning ladies seconds and Andy Boyd who has suddenly found his goal scoring touch!!
