Club Umpires’ Workshop

North Down HC is hosting an Ulster Hockey Club Umpire Workshop at the Clubhouse at The Green on Monday 13 February from 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm

This workshop is NOT a rules test, and whilst a basic understanding of the rules of hockey is expected, the workshop is designed specifically to offer support and guidance to all club and school umpires, no matter at what level, in order to assist, develop skills, improve confidence, and attain consistency in decision making and rules interpretation.

The workshop is limited to 20 participants and, as hosts, it would be great if we could fill this event out ourselves from playing and non-playing Club members.

As an added incentive, the Club has agreed that any NDHC member who attends the course will have the £15 cost reimbursed!

You get the skills and confidence, we get additional umpiring support – it’s a model based on mutual gain!

If you would like to book on to the event, further details and booking opportunities can be found by clicking the following link: https://www.participant.co.uk/…/club_umpire_workshop…
