URGENT – MEMBERSHIP FORMS

For any parents who haven’t returned your child’s / children’s membership form, can you please do so as soon as possible.  We require contact numbers for Blitz Days, regular updates and any important medical information.  In addition, all youth members are required to be registered to Ulster Hockey and Hockey Ireland.
