There’s going to be not a lot of hockey activity in the next month so we’re going to run a new Last Man Standing competition, starting 15 January, following the popularity of our last one – jointly won by one of our few lady entrants! Usual main rules but read the bottom of the sheet…

The VIP Suite in Comber’s Brownlow Arms was booked out tonight to see the presentation to Mark Linter of his first prize of £270 in our Club’s fundraiser.  Thanks to all who took part in what turned out to be a bit of a marathon.  Check our EVENTS section for the next two fundraising events…

Training is all at Comber Leisure Centre. Men’s training starts on Monday 2 August and Wednesday 4 August from 8.30 pm – 10. 00 pm. Ladies training continues on the same dates 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm.

Congratulations to Paul Revill who saw off Michael Orr and Clive Pimlott at the 4th hurdle to scoop the £220 prize fund in our second LMS comp of the ‘season’.  Thanks to all who took part.  Paul is looking forward to the party in 2023!
