Official pre season fitness training started at The Green on Monday night. There will be further sessions on Wednesday 30 July at 7.30 pm and Monday 4 August at 8.00 pm before taking to the astro at Comber Leisure Centre on Wednesday 6 August.

Ulster Hockey has announced an initiative based on getting younger people involved in umpiring.
