New league structures confirmed
Ulster Hockey has finally confirmed, some might say belatedly, the structures for first eleven teams next season. Both North Down teams will play in re-structured Premier Leagues each consisting of ten teams.

Final three runners fall at hurdle 11!
Saturday saw the climax of the Last Man Standing competition when the last three survivors all fell having selected, unsurprisingly, either Watford or Leicester.
