U13 Boys Showing Signs of Promise

The Under 13 boys performed strongly in a tournament hosted by Instonians on Sunday, showing that their efforts throughout the season and at training are being rewarded with improved performances and results.

With a mix of teams from Instonians, Mossley and South Antrim, the boys played 4 matches in total, winning 2, drawing 1, with only 1 defeat.

The team’s goals on the day were scored by Aaron Grimshaw, Andrew Linter and Ben Johnson, with a solid defensive team effort ensuring that the opposition were kept under control at the other end.

Well done to all the boys who participated. A strong turnout at training is required over the coming weeks as the team prepares to take part in a finals day organised for the 17th March at Campbell College.
