Death of Marlene Wilson

We have learnt with sadness today of the death of one of our ladies founder members – Marlene Wilson. Marlene started off on the 1st XI in 1961/62 as a speedy forward and played right through finishing her playing days in the late 1980s on ladies touring teams to Cork. her interest in our Club continued with her granddaughter Kate Leckey who is one of our youth members. We offer our deepest condolences to her husband Willie, daughter Kathy and of course Kate.
