Vacancy for Men’s Head Coach

The role description for this position is as follows:
Men’s Head Coach
Main Duties
1. To coach the men’s 1st XI squad.
2. To coordinate, plan and attend all training, coaching sessions and 1st XI matches.
3. To liaise with the Youth Development Officer to identify and encourage the development and progression of promising junior players onto the 1st XI squad.
4. To develop players to 1st XI standard to increase the level of competition between players in the Club.
5. To identify and recommend players for nomination to inter-Provincial representative teams.
6. To liaise with the General Committee on a monthly basis to communicate the men’s 1st XI position in relation to the Club’s objectives/goals for the squad.
7. To comply with the Club’s Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.
N.B. A remuneration package with bonuses is available for the successful candidate.
