Brian Davis Memorial game

Last Saturday it was our turn to host the annual memorial game for Brian Davis who was a long term North Down member and coached at both North Down and Bangor.  Bangor retained the trophy on penalties after the game tied at 5-5 and Brian’s daughter Alison was on hand to help with the presentation of the cheque to the Marie Curie cancer charity. The sum included cash raised at the annual Boxing Day fixture with North Down Cricket Club so thanks to all involved last Saturday and also on Boxing Day and best wishes to Rosemary who made it down last Saturday.
