Burch Autos Players of the Month for November

The annual charity game between the cricket and hockey clubs will be today at 1.00 pm.  All proceeds to charity.  There will be a minutes silence before the game in memory of Stanley Glover and Raymond McIlveen who both died in the past few days and who played for both clubs.

It was a not very well publicised event yesterday (Friday) but North Down are delighted to be able to give Pamela and Pauls’ wedding yesterday the full glare of publicity.  Best wishes from everyone at the Club to them both (and all the little Johnstons too!!)

The annual charity game between the hockey and cricket clubs  on Boxing Day at Comber Leisure Centre finished in an honourable 3-3 draw.  At half time the cricket club in cold and rainy conditions were 2-1 ahead but two early second half strikes put the hockey club 3-2 ahead only for Amy Benson to equalise…
