Easter Tournament

Victors for the second year running were the Linter inspired Blood Sweat and Beers who defeated Chicken Tikka Mo Salah 4-0 in the final.  Plate winners were Linter Milan who defeated the Lagan Dragons 3-2 in their final.

Thanks to Jack Bond who pulled it all together including nearly the fixtures and also all who helped including the teams who supplied umpires and those who helped fill the bin bags with copious amounts of rubbish.

Only on pitch casualty of the day was Jodie Shannon from Bangor who took a nasty blow to the face but at least one front tooth was saved with speedy action from Rachel Mornin who, as luck was have it, is doing dentistry and was close by with first aid.  Best wishes to Jodie from all at North Down and good luck with the repair jobs ahead!!
