Mens pre season details are as follows:<\/p>\n
Wednesday 20th July (7.30 pm) NB time!: full team fitness session at the Green. To consist of Bleep test to see our base level of fitness for comparison.<\/p>\n
Saturday\/Sunday: individual or small group 20 minute run.<\/p>\n
Monday 25th July at the green. Full team fitness session.<\/p>\n
Wednesday 27th July: full team session. Scrabo Country Park<\/p>\n
Saturday\/Sunday: individual\/small group 30 min run.<\/p>\n
Monday 1st August: full team fitness session at the green.<\/p>\n
Wednesday 3rd August: first pitch session.<\/p>\n
Saturday 6th August: Brian Davis memorial vs Bangor. \u00a02.30 pm Comber LC.<\/p>\n
Monday 8th August: fitness and team building at the green<\/p>\n
Wednesday 10th August: 2nd pitch session<\/p>\n
Saturday 13th August: friendly vs Antrim in Comber<\/p>\n
Monday 15th August: fitness at the green, second bleep test.<\/p>\n
Wednesday 17th August: 3rd pitch session.<\/p>\n
Saturday 20th August. Potential friendly vs Annadale. Waiting on confirmation.<\/p>\n
Monday 22nd August: fitness session at Helens Bay. Meet in top car park or Fort Road entrance.<\/p>\n
Wednesday 24th August: 4th pitch session.<\/p>\n
Saturday 27th August: bank holiday weekend. Individual 40 minute run.<\/p>\n
Monday 29th August bank holiday.\u00a0 No session.<\/p>\n
Wednesday 31st August. 3rd bleep test and pitch work.<\/p>\n
Saturday 3rd September. Possible Friendly vs Railway Union.<\/p>\n
All above games are 1st<\/sup> XI squad games.\u00a0 Games for the remainder of the Club will be arranged shortly.<\/p>\n All are welcome to join in the pre season.
