{"id":16333,"date":"2024-08-04T10:51:39","date_gmt":"2024-08-04T10:51:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/northdownhc.com\/?p=16333"},"modified":"2024-08-04T10:56:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-04T10:56:55","slug":"were-recruiting-mens-first-xi-coach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/northdownhc.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/04\/were-recruiting-mens-first-xi-coach\/","title":{"rendered":"We&#8217;re Recruiting: Men&#8217;s First XI Coach"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">North Down Hockey Club is recruiting a Head Coach (or Player Coach) for the Men\u2019s 1st XI\/ Senior Squad for the incoming season and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently playing in the Premier League this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hockey to play a fundamental role working with a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic squad to help them achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attractive Financial Package available for negotiation with the successful candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Level 1 IHA Coaching Qualification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hockey Coaching \/ Playing Experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have relevant Safeguarding Courses up to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available two evenings per week to deliver a high quality, intensive training programme for Senior Squad players, including the leadership of pre-season<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saturday match attendance (both Home and Away) is also required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecting the team for league matches, in line with the Club Selection Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse performances and offer regular feedback to individuals and the squad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and people management capabilities.
