The role description for this position is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. To coach the men\u2019s 1st<\/sup> XI squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. To coordinate, plan and attend all training, coaching sessions and 1st<\/sup> XI matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. To liaise with the Youth Development Officer to identify and encourage the development and progression of promising junior players onto the 1st<\/sup> XI squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. To develop players to 1st<\/sup> XI standard to increase the level of competition between players in the Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. To identify and recommend players for nomination to inter-Provincial representative teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. To liaise with the General Committee on a monthly basis to communicate the men\u2019s 1st<\/sup> XI position in relation to the Club\u2019s objectives\/goals for the squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. To comply with the Club\u2019s Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n N.B.
