DESCRIPTION:It’s all going to take place on one day only this year – Easter Saturday\, 15 April at Comber Leisure Centre then afterwards at the Tournament Party at the Cricket Club. \nPlanning the fixtures schedule is even tighter this year so it would be really helpful if you could get your team entries to Peter Bond asap. \nFood will be available all day from the Country Diner who are the regulars at the Beer and Cider Festivals at The Green and there will be a sampling of the special North Down Easter Ale specially brewed for the event.  There will be the usual drinks promos etc at the Tournament Party so ……. \nSign up now with Bondy and help get the show on the road! \nThe usual rules apply:  7 player teams to include a minimum of 3 outfield ladies.  £10 per head which includes entry to the evening Tournament Party.  As it’s a one day event this year teams are requested to be at Comber Leisure Centre for 9.00 am sharp ready to start with the first games at 9.30 am sharp

DESCRIPTION:This is an event for the members and friends of North Down.  We have been given exclusive use of the Georgian House in The Square in Comber meeting at the restaurant at 7.00 pm.  Financial details of this deal are too sensitive to appear on our public website but it’s a great and generous deal for our Club.  Tickets are £25\, it’s the night before a Bank Holiday\, it’s also the evening of the Cricket Club’s Beer and Cider Festival which may or not be a good thing!  Numbers are limited and you should contact Peter Bond early. \nFor all those who have confirmed to Peter Bond\, and only those\, that they are attending there will be a special ‘one of’ competition\, free to enter\, for a bottle of wine on the night at the Georgian House.  Believe me\, you won’t have seen a competition like this before.  It will be done on the Facebook site and will be publicised in advance so that the quick fingered and equally quick witted among you all will have an equal chance.  I’m expecting that it will be won in the first 5 minutes.  Stand by.
